Contact World Reviews
Before You Write
If your message is about an order — a refund, a shipment, a charge on your card — we are the wrong address, and writing to us will cost you time. We are a review site. We do not sell anything, we never touch your payment, and we have no access to your order. Contact the merchant or BuyGoods using the details in your order confirmation email. Everything else, we want to hear.

We aim to reply within two business days. Real messages get real replies from a person.
What We're Glad to Hear About
- Corrections. This is the one we most want. If we misread a study, misquoted a conclusion, got a dose wrong or listed a stale price — tell us. Point to the source if you have it. We will check it, fix it, and note that we did.
- Questions about our research. If a claim on this site does not look right, ask. Every study we cite is a link you can open; if our reading of one seems wrong to you, we would genuinely like to know.
- Requests. A product you would like us to look at, or a question you could not get a straight answer to anywhere else.
- A merchant treating you badly. We cannot resolve your order, but if a company we recommend is mishandling readers, that changes what we recommend. Tell us.
- Media and general enquiries. Happy to talk about our methodology.
What We Can't Help With
- Orders, refunds and shipping. Not our transaction — contact the merchant or BuyGoods. Your confirmation email has the details.
- Medical advice. We are not doctors and we will not guess at your situation. We cannot tell you whether a supplement suits you, whether it interacts with your medication, or what your symptoms mean. Please ask a qualified healthcare professional — and if something changed suddenly, ask them soon.
- Paid placements. To be direct with the brands who ask: our scores are not for sale, we do not accept payment for a review, and no merchant sees a review before it is published. Please do not send the offer.
⚠ If this is urgent, we are not the right place
We are a website, and we cannot help in an emergency. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe symptoms or a medical crisis, contact your local emergency services or your doctor immediately. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a healthcare professional or a crisis line in your country — those are staffed by people who can actually help, right now.
